Play Playground, Nashville’s one-of-a-kind destination for large scale immersive games and attractions, food, drinks, and vibes, is officially open! Located just steps from Broadway at 128 2nd Ave N, Play Playground welcomed hundreds of guests during its grand opening weekend to experience larger-than-life play, fresh cocktails and mocktails, and nonstop entertainment across two dynamic levels.

“We created Play Playground to give people the chance to eat, drink, and compete in an environment that feels larger-than-life, as if they’ve stepped into a game show,” said Jennifer Worthington, CEO and Co-Founder of Play Social, Inc in a statement. “Whether you’re here for the games, the drinks, or the most Instagrammable rooftop views in downtown Nashville, this is the only venue of its kind in the city where guests can relive their childhood fun, but this time, without a curfew!”

Spanning two floors, Play Playground is an immersive playground built for all-day fun. At every turn, guests will find a wide variety of experiences—from nostalgic classics and life-sized challenges to signature attractions like Record Time, Whirly Wipeout and Bullseye Bounce—transforming the Broadway scene into something truly extraordinary for date nights, groups, bachelor/bachelorettes, and parties.

Designed by Bishop Design, Play Playground Nashville captures the city’s unmistakable energy through bold, playful aesthetics. Building on their work with Play Playground Las Vegas, the team infused the space with nods to Nashville’s live music scene, sports pride, and Western heritage. The venue features Tennessee Titans-inspired blue hues, plaid flannel-patterned flooring, and monochromatic stripes reminiscent of piano keys—all brought together with playful cowboy boot motifs that celebrate the city’s style, creating a visually engaging setting that feels uniquely Nashville and pairs perfectly with the larger-than-life play experience.

Additionally, Play Playground unveiled its rooftop, now open to the public—no Play Pass required. The rooftop provides views of Riverwalk Park, the Cumberland River, Nissan Stadium, and fireworks displays. One standout feature is the 14-foot cowboy boots. Located on the venue’s top floor, the Rooftop Lounge at Play Playground is a standalone destination offering a curated selection of craft cocktails and mocktails, lunch and dinner, and a high-energy lineup of DJ’s and entertainment. For those looking to elevate their experience, bottle service, secret menu items, and private event packages are available.

The Play Playgrounds menu includes Nashville Hot Chicken Sliders, Fried Buffalo Cauliflower, and Old-Fashioned Banana Pudding, plus the show-stopping “Dessert With a BANG”.

Behind the bar, specialty cocktails and mocktails like the Dolly’s Strawberry Blonde, Tennessee Bee Sting, and Lavender Haze are made to order using fresh ingredients by a well-trained team of mixologists. Drinks are served in signature collectible glassware, alongside a lineup of shareable drinks, local brews. Guests can take the fun to the next level with interactive oversized drink experiences like PlayPal (50 oz), Cowboy Boot (24 oz), and themed drinking games.

Play Playground opens daily starting at noon, with daytime play for ages 16+ until 6 p.m. and nighttime experiences for ages 21+. For more information, to make reservations, or to purchase Play Passes, visit playplayground.com/nashville.
