Local fast-casual health brand Radish has a new East Nashville location in the pipeline, according to a recent permit. Radish will be heading to 900 Main St., taking the space that was previously home to Gully Boyz.
Radish founder Amanda Frederickson told What Now Nashville last year that she was working on securing a permanent home for Radish in East Nashville. In the meantime, Radish opened a long-term pop-up at Hunters Station last fall, which was slated to be open for about a year until the permanent brick-and-mortar location was up and running.
Frederickson launched the brand in 2020 and she now operates three locations: one in Sylvan Supply, one in Franklin and the pop-up at Hunters Station.
The menu features fresh salads, grain bowls and wraps, with items like Sweets & Lentils (roasted sweet potatoes, lentils, navel orange, goat cheese, pickled red onion, toasted walnuts and tahini dressing) and the Hot & Crispy (baked crispy chicken, radish, cabbage, pickled red onion, hot sauce and buttermilk ranch dressing).
“We are truly house-made in a world where everything comes through big distributors,” Frederickson previously told What Now Nashville. “We make everything in house, from our dressings to our proteins to our spreads, and we’re really proud of that.”
As of now, an opening date for the East Nashville location is still forthcoming, but the new location will likely open later this year.
