After a nearly two-decade run, Corner Pub shuttered in January at 8058 Highway 100 in Bellevue. Now, Daniel Rippy is bringing a new concept, Rippy’s Table and Tavern, to the space, according to a recent permit.

A website for the brand features the catchphrase, “where everybody is somebody.” A description highlights the concept as combining the warmth of a neighborhood pub with a modern edge of refinement.

Rippy confirmed the forthcoming concept in a phone call with What Now Nashville but was not immediately available for further comment. What Now Nashville is seeking additional details at this time.

The spot is expected to open in late March and will keep classics from the Corner Pub menu with additions such as barbecue offerings, according to reporting by the Nashville Business Journal.

Corner Pub serves items such as wings, tenders, sandwiches, wraps, burgers and meat ’n three meals.
