Ritz-Carlton Planning Nashville Location In The Gulch

Ritz-Carlton is planning its Nashville debut. It has submitted new plans for a more than 900,000-square-foot hotel and condominium development at 1100 Demonbreun St. in the Gulch, according to the Nashville Business Journal.

The spot is expected to feature 182 hotel rooms and 140 condo units as well as a pool, restaurants and retail space.

As of now, details regarding the restaurants and retail space remain unclear as the project is still in the early stages of development.

Real estate developers MarketStreet Enterprises and Corner Partnership are involved in the project. As of now, details remain murky. Mark Bloom, a partner in Corner Partnership shared with What Now Nashville that they are not prepared to release information on the project at this time. They expect to unveil more information in the coming months.

Nobu Hospitality also recently announced plans to join the Nashville market.
