Signs are up at Opry Mills Mall, marking the incoming location of Saltgrass Steakhouse. According to the Opry Mills website, Saltgrass can be found next to Forever 21 and Aquarium Restaurant. This will be Tennessee’s only Saltgrass Steakhouse restaurant.
The Texas born American restaurant is operated by Landry Restaurants, the same hospitality group behind Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., Rainforest Cafe, McCormick & Schmick’s, Chart House, and many others.
Known for their scratch-made breads, soups, and dressings, their menu is chock full of premium cut steaks and homestyle classics like Chicken Fried Steak and slow-cooked BBQ Pork Ribs. Saddle up to the “No Bull Lounge” for happy hour specials and house-made cocktails like a Tropical Sangria or Grilled Pineapple Margarita.
