Last October, a fire forced Stroud’s Barbeque to close its Lebanon location at 1400 W Baddour Pkwy. Since then, it has been slowly making its way back toward reopening.

In the wake of the fire, they replaced their usual brick-and-mortar business with a food trailer in the parking lot to offer lunch service during the week to the Lebanon community. At the same time, they were planning their reopening.

Now, Stroud’s Barbeque has been making progress on rebuilding after the fire. The brand announced in late March that they had finally begun the rebuilding process, and later in the spring they announced that they were hiring for the Lebanon location.

Owner Sean Stroud told The Tennessean that he expects to open the location in late summer.

The barbecue brand has other locations that are still operating in Franklin and Cookeville. They offer both dine-in and drive-thru at their locations, serving items like pork or chicken sandwiches, barbecue plates, barbecue nachos, barbecue burritos, wings and ribs.
