A local coffee brand is expanding its footprint in the city. Surefire Coffee Co. has expanded to a new location at 601A Broadway, soft opening on Dec. 5.

This location is the fifth for the brand, which has spots in Germantown, East Nashville, Brentwood and Bellevue.

The Broadway location features an outdoor patio as well as an interior space. Like other locations, it will feature a mini Airstream on the patio, but instead of serving coffee from it, the Airstream will serve as a free photo booth for customers. There will also be validated parking at the Broadway location.

The brand, which opened its first location in 2023, serves traditional espresso beverages as well as tea such as chai and matcha. They also serve natural energizer drinks and their own Surefire Cold Brew with sweetened condensed milk. Food items include sandwiches, baked goods and oatmeal.

Co-owner Brennon Mobley told What Now Nashville that this location is not the only expansion in the works. Surefire has another location on the way to the East Bank. Construction just began on that location and it is expected to open in the spring.

“We plan to keep growing,” Mobley said. “Our role is to be day-makers and make people feel seen and known. We want a great product, but what we really want to be known for is the experience that people have whenever they walk up. We want to keep doing that in as many neighborhoods as we can.”
