Bestia Mare will become a sister concept to the well-loved Italian spot, Culaccino, which first opened its doors in downtown Franklin in 2021 from chef and owner Frank Pullara. An exact grand opening date is unknown, however, it may open as early as September or October this year, pending permitting and construction is completed on time. The address of Bestia Mare will be 99 E. Main St, located conveniently down the street from Culaccino.
Though the new concept does not yet have a website set up, its Instagram profile already boasts over 640 followers eager to try the seafood-centric establishment. Customers can expect housemade pasta, octopus carpaccio, and hamachi crudo, as seen in a behind-the-scenes peak of the new space on an Instagram post.
Translating to sea beast in Italian, Bestia Mare is sure to deliver sustainably-sources seafood and offer quality, authentic dishes to the Franklin community.
Stay tuned for additional details of the concept on its Instagram as the opening date approaches. An interview with What Now Nashville and Chef Pullara is pending.
