Houston-based Sweet Paris Creperie & Cafe is heading to Nashville Yards, according to an announcement made by franchisee Virentes Partners Group.

This will be the first location for the cafe brand in the Nashville market. Virentes first announced its plans to bring the concept to Nashville earlier this year when they inked a 15-unit franchise deal with Sweet Paris Creperie & Cafe for select markets in Tennessee, Florida and North Carolina, as previously reported by What Now Nashville.

Sweet Paris is expected to go in on the first level of The Pinnacle, the entertainment venue slated to open this winter at Nashville Yards.

“Nashville Yards is one of the most important multi-use developments in the last decade and will greatly enhance the already spectacular vibrancy of entertainment, commerce and residential living in Nashville,” Jim D’Aquila, managing partner of Virentes Partners Group, said in a statement obtained by Nation’s Restaurant News.

Sweet Paris is slated to open at Nashville Yards in 2025.

The cafe brand launched in Houston more than a decade ago and has since grown to 19 locations, including two in Mexico. The menu focuses on sweet and savory crepes, breakfast items, soups, salads and paninis.

“Sweet Paris aims to usher our guests away from their daily hustle and bustle and transport them to a unique and delectable dining experience, no passport needed,” the Sweet Paris website states. “Greeted by chic patios, airy interiors, and lively beats, our guests relish in the atmosphere even before menu browsing. The pièce de résistance is certainly the deliciously adorned crêpe.”
