The Hyatt Place and Placery in Murfreesburo Experiences Ownership Change

The hotel offers guests a location near both natural spaces and downtown Murfreesburo.

The Hyatt Place at 2108 Lothric Way in Murfreesboro is under new ownership, according to a recently filed license. The license was filed under Yorktown, LLC.

The Hyatt Place in Murfreesburo features rooms and suites as well as The Placery, a restaurant dining and bar experience. The menu features burgers, salads and sandwiches, as well as an extensive collection of alcoholic beverages.

The hotel is located just outside downtown Murfreesburo and is located near shops along Avenue Murfreesboro, as well as near greenspaces and the Stones River.

The Hyatt hotel family has more than 1,350 hotels and properties in 69 countries across six continents. The Chicago-based hotel management brand was founded in 1957 and franchises luxury and business hotels, vacation properties and resorts.

As of now, there have been no reports on any upcoming changes in response to the change in ownership.

What Now Nashville has reached out to representatives to inquire about the ownership change but has yet to hear back. Stay tuned for updates on this location.
