The growing health-food brand Toastique will open a location in Nashville in late 2023 or early 2024, according to franchisee Andy Patel. The location of the restaurant has not yet been determined.

“We are currently negotiating leases at a couple of places. There is nothing confirmed yet. I hope to have the first location open late 2023 or early 2024,” Patel told What Now Nashville.

Known for their avocado toast, cold-pressed juices and acai bowls, Toastique was founded in 2018 by former athlete Brianna Keefe in Washington, D.C. and has since expanded to 17 locations across the country with 11 more planned to open this year, as listed on their website.

“I’m excited to serve the Nashville community and provide customers with healthy food and juices to start their day,” Patel told What Now Nashville.

The menu at Toastique includes unique offerings like Three Cheese Italian, which has prosciutto, jarlsberg and fontina cheeses, onion jam, arugula and is served on a jalapeño-cheddar piece of toast. Another popular item is the Tomato Burrata, which includes an herbed ricotta base, tomatoes, basil, burratta cheese and balsamic glaze served on a rustic bread.

Toastique also features a rotating monthly special toast on their menu, according to seasonally available ingredients.

“Everything at Toastique is prepared with all-natural ingredients made fresh in-house or locally sourced,” according to their website.

This will be the chain’s first Tennessee location.
