Upscale Seafood and Steakhouse Concept Set to Open April 21 at Nashville Yards

A seafood and steakhouse concept from Cameron Mitchell Restaurants is coming to downtown Nashville with an elevated hospitality experience.

Ocean Prime, a seafood and steakhouse concept from Cameron Mitchell Restaurants, is set to open on April 21, 2026. The restaurant will introduce its upscale dining experience at Nashville Yards, marking the brand’s debut in the city.

Ocean Prime is a seafood-focused brand with locations across the country. It is a part of the portfolio of award-winning Cameron Mitchell Restaurants. The restaurant will add another polished dining experience to the heart of Music City.

Ocean Prime will follow the company’s standards of seafood quality and “Yes is the answer. What’s the question?” hospitality. CEO and Founder Cameron Mitchell stated, “For more than a decade, we’ve been searching for the right opportunity to bring Ocean Prime to Nashville because we wanted the right fit for our brand, our team, and the city.”

The new restaurant will be located at 990 Signal Crossing within Nashville Yards. It will occupy a 10,000-square-foot space for 370 guests. Amenities include 2,400 square feet of two covered terraces. There will be two private dining rooms, where 8 to 45 guests can be accommodated.

The menu features fresh seafood, prime steaks, handcrafted cocktails, and an extensive wine program. Patrons will be able to experience a seafood-and-steakhouse concept in one of the country’s fastest-growing hospitality markets.

The Nashville location is the expansion of Ocean Prime in the country. Each Ocean Prime restaurant is designed to reflect its surrounding neighborhood, making it an unmatched dining destination.
