W Nashville has plans to revamp their food and beverage offerings. The hotel is collaborating with Washington, D.C.-based José Andrés Group in the refresh.
In addition to bringing Mediterranean concept Zaytinya, seafood-inspired concept Bar Mar and cocktail-driven Butterfly to the Gulch hotel, José Andrés Group will be revamping the food and beverage offerings at WET Deck, the hotel’s 10,000-square-foot pool deck, according to a release. The hospitality group will be rolling out a reimagined all-day food and beverage concept at the deck, launching an expanded bar and revamped outdoor space.
Along with the new food and beverage concepts and revamped WET Deck, José Andrés Group will be offering a premium banquet and catering menu for events and celebrations at W Nashville.
The changes are expected to roll out in early 2026.
“Few cities blend booming growth with soul like Nashville — and partnering with W Nashville offered the ultimate stage to share our creations with a city where music, food and creativity come together in perfect harmony,” Sam Bakhshandehpour, CEO of José Andrés Group, said in the release. “The hotel’s design and spaces offered the perfect canvas for our creations. Choosing to start our next chapter in Nashville felt natural — it’s a place that celebrates authenticity, and that’s exactly what we plan to bring to the table.”
