In addition to featuring fried chicken, Louisiana classics, daiquiris, and cold beer — every Willie’s Chicken Shack location features eclectic artwork from local artist Simon. The artwork is in keeping with the restaurant’s vibe as a fun place to start or end an evening in the French Quarter.
