Buzzed about on Instagram and TikTok for their snowball-filled pineapples, E’s Exotic Snowballs & Treats in Baton Rouge is making the jump from mobile trailer to a brick-and-mortar location at 7132 Florida Blvd.
Owner Andre Ezeff recently told What Now New Orleans that he was inspired to start a snowball business when his wife was pregnant and craving ice. After converting a mobile trailer and operating out of it, E’s Exotic Snowballs blew up on social media.
“Everybody kept asking where’s my stand at, and I never really had one. So I decided I better get one,” he said.
Ezeff said he’ll continue to sell his popular treats at the new location, which include nearly three dozen snowball flavors, funnel cakes, nachos and hot sausage. He said the menu will likely expand as he gets settled into the new location. He is aiming for a July opening date.
