Midtown Manhattan welcomes a luxurious rental tower that is now open to residents. It redefines high-end rental living along Fifth Avenue, ushering in a fresh chapter for luxury in Midtown. The development includes a well-appointed amenity suite designed for residents’ comfort and leisure.

Skyline Developers Launches Ultra-Luxury Tower in Midtown

18W55, an ultra-luxury rental tower in Midtown Manhattan, is now open. The Wilf Family’s Skyline Developers announced the official news. Morris Adjmi Architects designed the 25-story building that is now welcoming residents.

A first-of-its-kind rental in the Fifth Avenue corridor, the building launched its leasing in September. It’s now hitting a major milestone as the first residents begin to move in. Approximately 25% of the tower has already been leased.

The strong leasing response highlights Midtown’s confident, high-end rental market. The building is adjacent to Billionaires’ Row and brings 97 condominium-quality residences. These residences range from studios to three-bedroom apartments, including a limited collection of full-floor penthouses.

Seventeen units offer private terraces, and interiors reflect Morris Adjmi’s signature craftsmanship. Finishes in marble, travertine, and stone evoke a timeless Fifth Avenue elegance.

The residences feature an open and airy layout, bathed in natural light. The oversized windows and high ceilings show off the graciously proportioned residences. The penthouses, meticulously designed, offer a new standard for luxury and service in Manhattan rentals.

Premium Amenities that Fit the Location

The attention to detail and location of 18W55 make it one of New York’s premier rental addresses. Located on West 55th Street just off Fifth Avenue, it’s a prime Midtown address where energy, elegance, and convenience come together. The tower sits on the same block as iconic landmarks like The Peninsula New York and The St. Regis.

The tower is also moments away from MoMA, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, and other famed landmarks. From here, residents can quickly reach Midtown’s business core, Grand Central, and several subway lines.

The location is just one of 18W55’s attractive features. Included in rent is a roughly 10,000-square-foot amenity package. LIVunLtd manages the multi-floor amenity suite.

It includes a two-story fitness center with private training studios for all fitness needs. Extras include a private cinema, golf simulator, entertainment suite, and a social lounge. A two-story co-working suite, complete with private meeting rooms, offers a flexible workspace.

The pricing for studios starts at $4,945 and reaches $35,000 for a full-floor three-bedroom penthouse. Prospective renters can find more details and schedule tours on the 18W55 website.
