110 Boerum Place Brings a Modern Twist to Brooklyn’s Historic Neighborhood
Cobble Hill’s timeless charm will soon welcome a new residential development. 110 Boerum Place harmonizes with the historic brownstones with its beautiful red bricks. Brook Landscape and Brent Buck Architects collaborate to reimagine Brooklyn living.
Avdoo’s 110 Boerum Place is the project, located in the heart of Cobble Hill. This 21-unit luxury building offers exceptional amenities and a large private outdoor space. Moreover, architect Brent Buck shows his craftsmanship by approaching the 21 units individually.
Individually Designed Units of the Cobble Hill Residence
Brent Buck draws inspiration from Cobble Hill’s architectural landscape. He draws inspiration from the neighborhood to give each Boerum Place unit its own distinct character. Buck’s design minimizes repetition, giving each residence a one-of-a-kind layout that reflects his architectural approach.
Working with Avdoo and landscape design firm Brook Landscape, the team blends modern amenities with the neighborhood’s historic architectural style.
“When I first moved to Brooklyn and Cobble Hill, I quickly fell in love with the scale of the neighborhood,” said Brent Buck, Principal at Brent Buck Architects. “Together with Avdoo, we sought to translate this scale to 110 Boerum Place. We felt it was important to design something that felt natural to the neighborhood, something that belongs here. What makes the building even more special is that there’s very little repetition – each unit has its own identity. ”
Amenities Offered in the 6-Story Building
Built over approximately 65,000 square feet, the 110 Boerum Place spans from Dean Street to Pacific Street. Located in the heart of one of Brooklyn’s most desirable neighborhoods, the building offers amenities that match its premium design. The 6-story building blends with the neighborhood, but stands out when it comes to comfort and quality of living.
The design emphasizes wellbeing and community, creating a calm, welcoming atmosphere for residents. Ranging from two to five bedrooms, every floor plan offers spacious residences. Almost every home features multiple exposures to allow more natural light and a deeper connection to the outdoors.
The kitchens feature custom white oak cabinetry, Paonazzo Caldia marble countertops, and more. The primary bathrooms bring spa-like serenity with radiant heated floors, soaking tubs, and other meticulously selected features. Residents can access a curated collection of sun-filled amenities spanning over 11,000 square feet.
Outside, the neighborhood’s historic streets and architecture create a quintessential Cobble Hill experience. Offering the most authentic New York lifestyle, residents can enjoy the tree-lined streets, calming cafes, acclaimed restaurants, and boutique shops. They can also enjoy green spaces like Cobble Hill Park and the Brooklyn Bridge. Or they can opt for the easily accessible landmarks such as BAM, the Mark Morris Dance Group, and the Barclays Center.
Sales for the units have been officially launched and are led exclusively by Avdoo’s in-house team. The price of the residences begins at $2.975 million. The building’s distinctive design and premium amenities make it a standout addition to Cobble Hill.
Brent Buck has added to his elaborate portfolio through this project. Avdoo’s thoughtful development adds a modern complement to Cobble Hill’s historic character.
