An exciting new coffee company is currently getting ready to open up their first-ever location later this year.
Compilation Coffee is a brand new coffee company from owner Noah Jashinski. Noah is an acclaimed coffee veteran with well over a decade of industry experience. He has worked with many recognizable coffee brands in the city like La Colombe, Intelligentsia, Sweet Bloom, Coava, and Stumptown.
Today, Noah is best known as the founder of Coffee Vs Suicide, a full service consulting company established in 2017 that focuses on every aspect of specialty coffee. Tapping into his vast knowledge base of coffee fundamentals, Noah has helped numerous businesses launch their own in-house cafes and coffee bars, helping them to train staff and develop effective new operating procedures while creating new drink recipes and developing new brand concepts and marketing strategies. Now, after many years of providing others with expert advice, Noah is getting ready to debut a new concept of his very own.
Noah’s newest concept, Compilation Café, is currently set to open up at 102 St Mark’s Place, replacing the popular bakery Baked Cravings that previously occupied the space since opening in 2020. Before 2020, the space was home to Dun-Well Donuts. According to the signage put up front outside the store, Compilation is currently setting its sights on a Summer/Fall 2022 opening.
What Now New York reached out to Noah for comment on the new space, but he and his team are still too early into development to share additional details about the cafe’s theme and food options. However, Noah has just recently launched Compilation’s social media channels, so you can start following Compilation on Instagram for future updates as Noah and his team begin putting the space together.
