Enrique Lerma owns Alison and confirmed the new location with What Now New York. Currently, Alison has one location open in East Harlem.

Alison serves a New American menu. It offers lunch items like oysters, grilled steak, grilled chicken, grilled salmon, roasted portobello, fish tacos, burgers and rigatoni. For dinner, entrees include Australian sea bass, Alaskan salmon, steak frites, burgers, salads and homemade pastas.
