Conmigo will be undergoing an ownership change at 1685 First Ave., according to the Community Board 8 meeting.

The Mexican restaurant will continue to operate under the same name and with the same method of operation. The hours of operation will be 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. The space will continue to have 17 tables with 42 seats as well as a seven-seat bar.

Conmigo serves tacos, burritos, quesadillas, burgers, chicken enchiladas, strip steak and seared salmon. The beverage program offers cocktails, margaritas, beers, wines and refreshers. It is unclear at this time if any menu items will change.

Shaun Boivert is listed as the new owner behind Conmigo on the filed paperwork.
