Aceitunas, pan con tomate, el plato de quesos—these are just a few of the mouth-watering small plates Dali Spanish Tapas Restaurant seeks to serve from its kitchen at 37 Market St. A liquor license application obtained by What Now New York shows Neil ‘Niko’ Santos will open a tapas restaurant at 37 Market St. (I already have my eye on the Tarta de Santiago, a Spanish Almond Cake on the eatery’s dessert menu.)

Dali will serve wine, beer, liquor, and a menu of small plates from 4PM to 2AM Tuesday-Saturday and from 11AM to 9PM on Sundays, and you know what that means—once Dali is up and running you’ve got a new brunch spot.

37 Market St. was last occupied by ML Graphics and sits at the ground floor of a five-story building. The liquor license application proposes Dali will seat 24 patrons at tables, with 8 at an L-shaped bar. Some nearby eateries include Dreamers Coffee House, Mr. Fong’s, and Winnie’s Bar.

Although we reached out for comment, we did not hear back from co-owner Neil Santos, who brings over 15 years of hospitality management experience to the new eatery. This simply means you’ll have to check back in with us for more details later on.
