Well well well, it appears that New Yorkers just can’t get enough of Jollibee.

Jollibee is the flagship brand of Jollibee Foods Corporation, the largest and fastest growing Asian restaurant restaurant company in the world. With 1500 stores worldwide, Jollibee currently operates 70 stores in North America, and three in New York specifically. Defined by the Philippine principal of “Bayanihan,” Jollibee is all about spreading joy, creating a spirit in which people work together towards a common good.

As a fast food restaurant, Jollibee’s signature item is the “Chickenjoy”. Delicately hand-breaded to be “crispylicous” on the outside, the Chickenjoy is made with a secret marinade that makes it “juicylicious” on the inside. In addition to their Chickenjoy, Jollibee is also well known for its sweet jolly Spaghetti and scrumptious Peach Mango Pie, which is made with real Philippine mangoes.

New to the city, the brand has since become extremely popular with New Yorkers since it first landed here in 2017. The first Manhattan location saw curious customers lining up nearly 20 hours before the Grand Opening. Now with two more locations in Queens and a second Manhattan location on its way to Grand Central, Jollibee is once again planning to open up another full brick-and-mortar location in Manhattan.

Moving into the space at 485 Fifth Avenue, the new Jollibee will feature an impressive 6,908 square feet of space. With full confidence in their long-term prospects, Jollibee Foods Corporation struck a 10-year lease with Newmark to secure the space, and the lease is scheduled to start in January 2023. In the meantime, all of you hungry readers can visit their website to find the Jollibee closest to your location.
