Restaurateur Cobi Levy, the creative force behind Lola Taverna and Little Prince, is planning to launch Romy, a neighborhood steakhouse at 199 Prince St. According to documents filed with the city. Romy will offer raw bar dishes, premium steaks, and classic accompaniments. Guests can expect a robust selection of beer, wine, and cocktails under a full liquor license. Located in the former Little Prince, the dining room at this SoHo destination will offer an intimate atmosphere with a total of 50 seats. Romy will only be open for dinner and late-night service, from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. daily.
