Stella & Fly at 1705 First Ave. has changes in store as it undergoes an ownership change, according to details revealed at the Community Board 8 meeting.

The coffee shop and wine bar will be transitioning to Bar Andiamo but will maintain its role as a local cafe and wine bar. Jason Vincze will be behind the forthcoming concept.

Details shared at the Community Board 8 meeting revealed that the concept will maintain similarities to Stella & Fly. It will still offer 10 tables with 26 seats, as well as a 12-seat bar.

Stella & Fly has served as a neighborhood spot with a menu featuring spirits, spritzes, wines, beers, mocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, coffees, teas and pastries.

As of now, an exact timeline for the transition and rebrand is still forthcoming. What Now New York has reached out for additional information.
