Its liabilities are estimated between $1 million and $10 million, with roughly 1 to 49 creditors involved.

According to Pacermonitor, the filing, made under the small business provisions of Chapter 11, allows the company to reorganize while staying operational.

The court has given a deadline to submit the remaining documents on November 5. The restructuring will let Ricky Sellers Trucking streamline operations and address its outstanding debts.

Chapter 11 offers a bankruptcy provision that allows businesses to continue operating while developing a court-approved plan to repay creditors over time.
