The 40-year-old pizzeria franchise has named Lisa Roscoe as the latest name for the post of CEO. Roscoe replaces Mary Jane Riva and takes over at a notable time in Pizza Factory’s evolution. The West Coast pizza giant was acquired by Wonder Franchises in early 2025.
Roscoe’s Role at the Pizza Franchise
Roscoe’s first order of business will be strengthening relationships with the company’s nearly 80 franchisees. She’ll also focus on improving operations and elevating brand standards across the chain. Additionally, she will deal directly with almost 80 franchise owners.
Her efforts will also include ramping up local store marketing and community engagement initiatives.
Roscoe expressed excitement about joining a franchise system rooted in local ownership and community ties. She also thanked outgoing CEO Mary Jane Riva for her leadership and support during the transition. Riva will still be at the brand to assist Roscoe.
The New CEO Brings Rich Experience
Roscoe brings a seasoned, collaborative leadership style to the West Coast brand. Her leadership approach is shaped by experience in both the media and restaurant industries.
Her latest role was at OUTFRONT Media, where she was the vice president of real estate development.
She previously held roles in legal and franchise development, supporting brands like St. Louis Bar & Grill and Tim Hortons.
With Pizza Factory entering a new phase under Wonder Franchises, Roscoe’s background in scaling franchise systems is expected to help guide the transition.
