According to PR Newswire, JFK Millennium Partners (JMP) is partnering with the Port Authority of New York to develop JFK International Airport’s Terminal 6. The plan involves adding culinary names to the venue, including P.J. Clarke’s, Brooklyn Brewery, and For Five Coffee Roasters. The new dining options are expected to open in 2026.

“These iconic brands will elevate the passenger experience and add to the uniquely New York sense of place we are creating at JFK International Airport,” said Port Authority Executive Director Rick Cotton. “There is no place like New York, and these notable businesses will help Terminal 6 reflect that unique New York energy as an exciting part of travelers’ memories of their time here.”

“T6 is a celebration of all things New York City,” said JFK Millennium Partners CEO Steve Thody. “It is exciting to have these beloved New York brands join T6’s other culinary selections, offering a true taste of New York to travelers from around the world.”

Enhancing Passenger Experience with Local Flavor

P.J. Clarke’s is preparing to bring classic burgers and a bar menu through its much-loved saloon-style restaurant concept. The 1884-launched brand will offer travelers at Terminal 6 lobster rolls featuring Maine lobster meat, toasted brioche, mayonnaise, lemon, and chive.

Other highlight items include fish & chips prepared with craft beer batter, chunky tartar sauce, and malt vinegar. The new P.J. Clarke’s will be conveniently located near all T6 gates.

Brooklyn Brewery is arriving at JFK’s Terminal 6 with its beverages, such as Brooklyn Pilsner, East IPA, Fonio Rising, and Playa de Brooklyn. Non-alcoholic options will also be offered to passengers at the 1988-established brand’s new outpost.

Its location at Terminal 6 is close to Alidoro and Di Fara Pizza outlets in the east food hall. Travelers can enjoy Brooklyn Brewery’s beverages in a space highlighted by an 80-foot oculus skylight and a central passenger hub.

New York’s much-loved specialty coffee roaster, For Five Coffee Roasters, is gearing up for its T6 menu. Offerings include Gotham Mocha, The Louie (New Orleans-style cold-brew coffee with maple syrup), and pumpkin spice latte. The adored coffee brand was set up by two childhood friends hailing from Queens.

For Five Coffee Roasters is ready to serve visitors at its outlet situated right across P.J. Clarke’s in the main concourse.

SSP America will manage both For Five Coffee Roasters and P.J. Clarke’s. Whereas, M&R Concessions will manage Brooklyn Brewery.
