Starbucks is celebrating this season with new flavors and celebratory appeal in its February menu. Here’s the lineup that is worth waiting for:

  • New Matcha Beverages: The beverage menu will be expanded with two new matcha beverages, Iced Double Berry Matcha and Iced Banana Bread Matcha. Both drinks are visually pleasing, like a typical matcha latte. Raspberry syrup is also returning as part of this update, and this will continue to be an all-time menu item.
  • Valentine’s Day Beverages: To celebrate Valentine’s Day, Starbucks is rolling out two limited-time beverages. White Chocolate Strawberry Cream Cold Brew combines sweet and creamy flavors with cold brew coffee, and the Strawberry Shortcake Frappuccino will provide customers with a dessert flavor experience.
  • 1971 Roast: 1971 Roast, a new bold, dark-roast coffee, will be added to the brewed and whole-bean coffees in Starbucks. The mix will offer tasting notes of toasted sugar and rich walnut, sourced from beans grown in Colombia, Sumatra, and Brazil.
  • Globally Inspired Baked Goods: An expanded bakery selection inspired by global flavors includes the Dubai Chocolate Bite, Cookie Croissant Swirl, Yuzu Citrus Blossom, Berry Blondie, Strawberry Matcha Loaf, and Chocolate Pistachio Loaf.

The February menu adds new beverages and globally inspired baked goods. Since Starbucks has been updating its menu on a seasonal basis, these February promotions indicate that the company is committed to diversity, innovation, and evolving customer tastes.
