Emily Patterson Promoted to VP of Marketing at Culver’s
Emily Koeck Patterson is a native of Sauk Prairie, near Sauk City, where Culver’s was founded in 1984. During her career spanning almost twenty years at the company, she has played an instrumental role in shaping its marketing efforts. The company recognized her contributions, and she is now its latest Vice President, heading the marketing division.
As VP of Marketing, Patterson will oversee menu innovation, digital guest engagement, and the launch of Culver’s new loyalty program. She will also continue to work on building brand awareness and customer loyalty. Her responsibilities include leading and supporting cross-functional teams across the agency.
A Journey from Intern to VP
Patterson joined Culver’s as an intern in 2006. After working at the company for several years, she became Marketing Manager in 2012. Three years later, in 2015, she was promoted to Director of Marketing.
She was later promoted to Associate Vice President before assuming her current role. Now, with her latest promotion, she is the Vice President of Marketing at the company she has helped build over the years.
Patterson’s Contributions Over the Years
Emily Patterson has played a key role in Culver’s growth through her marketing efforts, which helped bring the brand closer to its guests. One clear sign of her impact is the 185% increase in the number of Culver’s restaurants during her tenure.
Among her notable contributions is leading the ‘Welcome to Delicious’ campaign, launched in 2011 to honor the farms, ranches, and dairies that supply Culver’s. Her leadership of the campaign over the past decade has made it as successful as it is today.
Emily has adeptly guided Culver’s marketing team through significant industry shifts, embracing social media, influencer partnerships, digital platforms, and data-driven strategies.
