From seasonal drinks to whole bean coffees, Starbucks is serving up the flavors of the season. The collection this year includes all the favorite items of the fans while introducing new ways to celebrate the season with every sip.
Starbucks’ Holiday Menu Returns with Festive Red Cups
Starbucks is welcoming the most festive time of year with a new lineup of red holiday cups, as it embraces warmth, connectedness, and tradition. In this season, the coffee chain presents distinct designs, beverages, and treats, all in the spirit of the holidays, happiness, and nostalgia.
The 2025 lineup of the holiday cups is based on the iconic green and red aprons of baristas in the company. Details like apron strings tied into bows, sparkling ribbons, and classic plaid prints give the sense of a warm coffeehouse in the holidays.
To add a nice touch, every cup is also equipped with a writing area where customers can leave a personal note or a name that adds some holiday cheer with every cup.
Holiday Drinks
Starbucks is offering a selection of custom-made holiday drinks, each one with a distinctly warm and joyful holiday atmosphere. From timeless classics to new favorites, one can find a festive drink for any occasion:
- Peppermint Mocha: It is a holiday beverage that is topped with whipped cream and dark chocolate curls and contains signature espresso, steamed milk, mocha sauce, and peppermint syrup.
- Caramel Brulée Latte: Espresso and steamed milk are combined with caramel brulée sauce and whipped cream, with caramelized sugar topping. It will be served hot, iced, or as a Frappuccino.
- Iced Sugar Cookie Latte: Blonde espresso and 2 percent milk, with the flavor of sugar cookies and festive sprinkles, will be served to the guests.
- Iced Sugar Cookie Breve: A higher version of the standard one, made with velvety half-and-half to add the creamy touch.
- Iced Gingerbread Chai: A warm and cozy combination of chai spices, milk, and ice, topped with cold foam with gingerbread flavor and spicy garnish.
Any of these holiday drinks can be prepared using nondairy milk without any additional fee. One can have a customized drink with protein-boosted milk for an added 12-16 grams of protein in any grande drink.
Holiday Cold Foams
The cold foams released by Starbucks can be used in any type of cold coffee, iced tea, or refresher to create a creamy and foaming layer. All foams are combined with Starbucks’ signature vanilla sweet cream and presented with dairy and non-dairy selections.
There is also the option of a protein version, through which approximately 15 grams of protein can be added to a grande drink. Here are the different flavors for cold foam:
- Gingerbread Cream Cold Foam: Sweet and cinnamon-spiced gingerbread mixed with vanilla sweet cream.
- Peppermint Chocolate Cream Cold Foam: Peppermint syrup mixed with mocha sauce.
- Sugar Cookie Cream Cold Foam: Sugar cookie-flavored syrup blended into creamy vanilla sweet cream.
- Caramel Brulée Cream Cold Foam: Caramel brulée with a smooth texture; non-dairy is unavailable.
Holiday Bakery Case
Starbucks Bakery Case is suitably geared towards the season with returning classics and new additions that would accompany any beverage. Here’s a list of flavors that caters to any type of taste bud:
- New Cinnamon Pull-Apart: Pieces of flaky croissant are coated with cinnamon-sugar and topped with streusel, which is crunchy to eat. This is the new treat that is added to the menu and will be available all year round.
- Snowman Cookie: The shortbread cookie that is so popular in the fan community is made of smooth white chocolaty icing and a smiling holiday face.
- New Polar Bear Cake Pop: A soft vanilla cake blended with buttercream, dipped in white chocolate icing, and decorated as an adorable polar bear wearing a festive hat.
- Cranberry Bliss Bar: Creamy blondie with tart, which has a layer of orange zest, cream cheese icing, and dried cranberries.
- Sugar Plum Cheese Danish: Buttery Danish pastry with cream cheese and a spiced sugar-plum spread on top to add fruity holiday sweetness.

Starbucks is also continuing the festivities with a one-day promotion on November 13 as Red Cup Day makes a return. Any customer who buys a handcrafted holiday drink will have a free, limited-edition reusable red cup. Fan favorites like the Eggnog Latte and Chestnut Praline Latte are also making a comeback this season.
