Beloved fried chicken chain KFC has relaunched its most popular fiery item. The Twister wrap is now available in three different flavors: Original Recipe, Better with Bacon, and Spicy. Each wrap includes two crispy chicken tenders.
Twister Wrap Returns to KFC With New Flavor Options
KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) is one of the most popular fast-food chains with a massive global fan base. It is renowned for its crispy, golden-colored, and spicy fried chicken.
With a nostalgic twist, on February 23, 2026, KFC officially reintroduced Twister wraps due to popular demand. The wrap has returned in three varieties, giving customers more options to choose from.
In an official social media post, the KFC team announced that the Twister wraps are back on the menu. The news was shared creatively, styled as a fake open letter written in the Notes app by a KFC employee.
According to Snackolator, a food-focused social media page, the new Twister wraps are bigger and more flavorful.
“You can get the Original Recipe, Better with Bacon, or Spicy wraps now, and each one features two tenders similar to the Wendy’s wrap but bigger than the Snack Wrap,” said Snackolator.
Internet Reacts to KFC’s Menu Revival
The comeback of the KFC Twister wraps has sparked happiness among longtime customers. Several loyal fans shared their excitement on Instagram and talked about how much they missed the item.
One customer said the Twister and spicy wings were their favorites about twenty years ago. They mentioned, “I saw a commercial that the wings were back, but I went in today, and the Twister was back too! I’m in heaven!”
Other customers are also eager to try the different flavors. One fan shared, “I’ve had two on the day of release and one more today. Gonna try the bacon one next time, delicioso.”
Founded in 1930, the company has grown into a global powerhouse. The KFC chain currently operates more than 24,000 restaurants in over 145 countries and territories.
By bringing back an old favorite, KFC is reconnecting with longtime customers while also giving younger customers a chance to try a classic item for the first time.
