Habit is launching the new Baja Crispy Fish Sandwich. The food item will be available for a limited period – from February 18 through April 28. The seasonal offer will bring coastal flavors to the menu while the supplies last.
Wild Alaska Cod and Baja Sauce Star in Habit’s New Fish Sandwich
The Baja Crispy Fish Sandwich is made of beer-battered wild Alaska cod, introducing a fresh take on Baja-inspired flavor. According to Globe Newswire, the sandwich is layered with bright cilantro lime coleslaw, topped with the brand’s bold Baja sauce.
The combination, served in a bun along with fresh ingredients, gives the sandwich a perfect mix of crunch and tang. “This sandwich is all about texture and freshness,” said Chef Jason Triail, Director of Culinary Innovation at Habit.
“You’ve got that light, crispy crunch from the beer-battered cod, the bright kick of cilantro lime slaw, and our Baja sauce bringing it all together. It’s bold, it’s fresh, and it’s the kind of sandwich you want again the second you finish it. Fish Fridays just makes it even better,” Triail added.
Fish Fridays Debut at Habit with Baja Crispy Fish Sandwich Offer
