Shake Shack is coming back with its Korean-Style menu, but this time with larger and bolder items in a limited-time engagement in early 2026. Following overwhelming fan response throughout the country, the casual-style burger chain is reviving old menu items and releasing new infusions that incorporate sweet, spicy, and savory flavors, rooted in Korean cuisine.

Korean-Style Menu is Returning at Shake Shack

The Korean-Style Menu of Shake Shack was launched on the Shack App on January 6, 2026, and will roll out in stores on January 9. It is the third season of the popular limited-time menu that was first introduced in the U.S. and was inspired by the brand’s culinary experiences in Seoul.

New Addition and Returning Favorites

The menu this year focuses on bold, appetizing sweet-heat and umami flavors. Here’s how Shake Shack is pushing further into creative territory than in past iterations:

  2. K-Shack Spicy Caramel Shake: This shake is the first of its type that Shake Shack has created, a frozen custard shake that has been mixed with whipped cream and additional caramel drizzle to finish off the shake, adding a sweet-heat flavor.
  • Returning Favorites
  1. K-Shack Fried Chicken Sandwich: Breaded whole white-meat chicken breast dipped in a glaze of spicy-sweet gochujang and sprinkled with scallions and kimchi slaw on a toasted potato bun.
  2. K-Shack BBQ Burger: A quarter-pound Angus beef patty, topped with American cheese, crispy sweet onions, scallions, and savory Korean BBQ sauce on a potato bun.
  3. K-Shack Spicy BBQ Fries: Crinkle-cut fries seasoned with kimchi spices and topped with Korean BBQ sauce. Also available with cheese sauce.

The Korean-Style Menu has something new and thrilling for both Shack lovers and those who are willing to explore new tastes.
