Founded in 1964 by Gilberto Villaseñor Sr. and Ignacio Villaseñor, V&V Supremo began in Chicago’s Back-of-the-Yards neighborhood with a mission to serve the Mexican immigrant community by producing authentic Queso Fresco in the traditional style of Central Mexico.
