New Lidl Store Coming to Newark, Delaware
A new Lidl location will open at 1616 Pulaski Hwy in Newark, Delaware, on July 11. The announcement has been made on the grand openings page of its official website.
The new Lidl store will offer giveaways and special deals as part of the grand opening celebration. Customers can enjoy free samples, pick up Lidl swag, and participate in other activities. The first 100 customers in line will receive a Lidl gift card, ranging in value from $5 to $100.
The Newark store will feature freshly baked pastries, high‑quality produce, rotating global flavors, and a selection of non‑food items. The store will announce new deals every Wednesday.
The new store’s operating hours will be 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., weekly. Lidl has two other locations in Delaware, one in Middletown and another in Dover.
Stores Opened So Far in 2025
Lidl has been opening new stores, mostly in major cities on the East Coast, since January this year. The stores that were opened previously are listed below:
