Pvolve signed a new lease in Scottsdale, continuing its nationwide expansion. The workout franchise, backed by Jennifer Aniston, aims to reach 40 locations by the end of the year. Pvolve also signed leases for four additional studios across the U.S.

Pvolve Expands With New Lease in Scottsdale

The clinically supported functional fitness brand has been helping people strengthen, mobilize, and stabilize their bodies for nearly a decade. Continuing its expansion, Pvolve recently signed a lease for a new Scottsdale studio.

The studio, located at 7135 E. Camelback Rd., Scottsdale, Arizona, does not yet have a confirmed opening date.

In addition to Scottsdale, the brand signed leases at four other U.S. locations in recent weeks:

  • Pvolve San Francisco: 301 Howard St., San Francisco, CA
  • Pvolve Pleasantville: 17 Washington Ave., Pleasantville, NY
  • Pvolve San Antonio: 7959 Broadway St., Suite 600, San Antonio, TX
  • Pvolve Louisville: 3723 Lexington Rd., Suite 203, Louisville, KY

Pvolve Aims for 40 Studios Nationwide by Year-End

As of now, around 30 studios of Pvolve are operational. The clinically supported brand hopes to take this number to 40 by the end of 2025.

More than 50 studios are currently in development, with five in presale and another five under lease review.

Pvolve’s existing franchise partners hail from diverse areas, such as health care and corporate, along with long-time member communities. The workout brand’s hybrid model of digital streaming, in-studio classes, and proprietary equipment allows franchisees to connect with members from anywhere.

Julie Cartwright, President of Pvolve, said the brand built strong momentum in the first half of 2025. She added that the new studios and franchise partners fostered Pvolve’s vision and passion. She expressed excitement as the brand moves into the second half of the year.

Pvolve looks for further franchise opportunities in Texas, Florida, North Carolina, and more metro areas. Franchise partners include single- and multi-unit operators from health and wellness backgrounds who aim to build communities through functional fitness.
