Pillsbury has introduced a new take on its classic flavor. The new products include Pillsbury Moist Supreme Pistachio Cake Mix and Whipped Pistachio Frosting.
Pillsbury Expands Its Baking Line

The pistachio cake mix by Pillsbury brings with it several dessert options, including cake pops, cupcakes, and bundt cakes. The mix is sold in a 15.25-ounce box and requires only three steps, according to PRNewswire.
Every box delivers one 13-by-9-inch cake or up to 24 cupcakes, making it easier for everyday baking and whipping up sweet treats during gatherings and celebrations. The packaging also features the Spumoni Ice Cream Cake recipe.
Whipped Pistachio Frosting to Complement New Cake Mix
Pillsbury has launched Whipped Pistachio Frosting to complement the new cake mix. It features an airy, light texture that is ready to use. Sold in a 12-ounce cup, the cream spreads easily and can be used for decorating, crumb coating, and layering, notes PRNewswire.
The texture allows a smooth finish without the heaviness present in baked goods. The products are now available at Walmart and H-E-B. Kroger and AWG will soon be selling the new lineup in February and March.
