ITRegulators, Inc. has officially filed for bankruptcy proceedings. Since it began operating in 2007, the company has been offering a wide variety of IT-focused offerings, ranging from AI consulting to Apple device management.

The company has made a Chapter 11 filing, which is a U.S. bankruptcy process that allows a business to reorganize its debts and continue operating under court supervision. Everyday operations of the company are expected to continue as normal under the supervision of the court.
