Voci Center Plastic Surgery, P.A., has filed for Chapter 11 Subchapter V bankruptcy protection. The North Carolina-based Voci Center Plastic Surgery is seeking to continue operating while restructuring its debts under court supervision.

Voci Center Plastic Surgery, P.A. Seeks Bankruptcy Protection

Voci Center Plastic Surgery voluntarily filed for bankruptcy on January 27 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of North Carolina, according to the latest PACER records.

Subchapter V of the Bankruptcy Code, designed for small businesses, streamlines reorganization and lets debtors keep operating. The filing is part of the practice’s plan to restructure its debts and address financial challenges.

The practice filed first-day motions seeking court approval to continue essential operations. Such motions contain claims to comply with pre-petition commitments like payroll, employee benefits, and remittances to vital suppliers.

The practice also requested permission to use cash collateral and maintain its cash management system, supporting daily operations during restructuring.

Michael Leon Martinez has already been appointed by the court as the Subchapter V trustee on the case and has planned several subsequent hearings, including a creditors and other status hearing on March 4, 2026, and a status conference on March 11, 2026.

These hearings will allow the court and stakeholders to review Voci Center’s finances and plan next steps in the bankruptcy process. Creditors will also be asked to provide evidence of claims before April 7, 2026.

Company Background

Voci Center Plastic Surgery, P.A. is a cosmetic and reconstructive surgery center that provides services to patients seeking changes or corrections in physical appearance. Organized as a professional association, the practice delivers physician-led aesthetic medical services within a regulated clinical setting.

The center has developed its business based on elective cosmetic care, which includes both surgical and non-surgical options. Like many cosmetic practices, Voci Center combines in-office procedures with long-term care, including consultations, pre-op planning, and follow-up.

Over the years, the center has grown into a full-service plastic surgery practice, emphasizing personalized care and modern techniques. Its services reflect a broader industry trend: balancing surgical procedures with recurring non-invasive treatments.

What Procedures Does Voci Center Offer

A wide variety of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures is provided in Voci Center Plastic Surgery according to its official website. Surgical services constitute body contouring, breast surgeries, and facial plastic surgery, which are normally conducted electively.

The practice also offers non-surgical treatments, like injectables and skin rejuvenation, that enhance appearance without surgery. These services are usually injectables, skin rejuvenation procedures, and other in-office treatments that do not take much time to recover.

The practice also provides minimally invasive cosmetic services, which is a segment that has experienced greater demand across the aesthetic medicine industry. These treatments often complement or replace surgery, offering patients cosmetic results with minimal downtime.
