Hawaii Mold and Flood, LLC made a Chapter 11 filing on February 20, according to the latest court records. The petition was submitted in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Hawaii.

As a small business debtor, the company is proceeding under Chapter 11’s Subchapter V to streamline its reorganization.

Attorney Allison A. Ito of Choi & Ito is representing Hawaii Mold and Flood, LLC in the bankruptcy case. The records add that Judge Robert J. Faris is supervising the proceedings in the Chapter 11 case.

A hearing for the use of cash collateral and payment of pre-petition wages will take place on March 30.

Filing details note that the hearing on several first-day motions for Hawaii Mold and Flood, LLC, is scheduled for February 20. The restoration company can submit supplemental documents by March 16. Objections can be raised by March 23, the records state. Replies on the same can be made by March 26.
