According to Pacermonitor, the company submitted its voluntary Chapter 7 petition on October 15, paying a filing fee of $338. Attorney Robert C. Furr filed a Disclosure of Compensation shortly after, outlining his fees for representing the debtor.
A meeting of creditors was held on the same day. Another creditors’ meeting will be conducted on November 17. Signature Builders Group, LLC also filed its Corporate Ownership Statement, providing details of its ownership structure.
The filings show that Signature Builders Group is taking formal steps to close operations and handle its debts under federal bankruptcy law.
