Savi Construction LLC has filed for Chapter 11 Subchapter V bankruptcy, marking the beginning of its restructuring process in federal court. The filing includes financial disclosures and voluntary petitions.

SAVI Construction Enters Chapter 11

According to Pacer, Savi Construction LLC filed for Chapter 11 with the United States Bankruptcy Court – Eastern District of California on November 26. The voluntary petition shows that the company is proceeding under the small business Subchapter V model.

Savi Construction is a general contractor that looks after residential and commercial construction, remodeling, and other services. The company, formerly known as Solutions Ramirez LLC, now operates under the Savi Construction name.

The court set February 24, 2026, as the deadline for Savi to submit its bankruptcy reorganization plan. Savi paid the required $1,738 filing fee as part of the Chapter 11 process. The company submitted several supporting documents, including the Master Address List and the List of 20 Largest Unsecured Creditors, both of which are key to bankruptcy cases.

Documents show the company filed a list of equity holders, along with a declaration from Jenny Ramirez confirming her authority to submit the petition.
