Anderson Hay & Grain Seeks Bankruptcy Protection
According to Pacer, Anderson Hay & Grain appeared in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Washington for a Chapter 11 process. The latest filing was made on November 26.
Since its founding in 1960, Anderson Hay & Grain has supplied local retailers and international partners in over 30 countries. The family-led Washington business handles everything from planting and harvesting to exporting hay and forage products.
The latest bankruptcy case of Anderson Hay & Grain is being supervised by Judge Whitman L Holt. James L. Day and Lesley D. Bohleber from Bush Kornfeld LLP are offering legal representation to the Washington-based hay and forage exporter in the case.

On November 26, Attorney James L. Day filed a voluntary Chapter 11 petition on behalf of Anderson Hay & Grain. The fee amount for the same was $1,738.
