Additional details on PACER state that Navajo Smiles LLC was categorized as a “small business debtor” and that it made the filing under Subchapter V at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona.

Maxill, Inc.’s decision was aimed to reorganize business as assets and liabilities were varying by large difference. The company offers oral hygiene and other dental products in Ohio.
These recurrent filings are examples of financial challenges facing some dental businesses amid economic hindrances. Proceedings in the coming months may determine if Navajo Smiles LLC can get back its financial footing.
