Jeni’s Recalled Passion Fruit Dreamsicle Ice Cream Bars

Columbus, Ohio-based Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream operates under the brand name Jeni’s and serves ice cream products throughout the nation. The company voluntarily recalled a batch of Passion Fruit Dreamsicle Ice Cream Bars on November 17, 2025. The batch was sold at grocery stores nationwide, including major chains across the U.S.

This recall follows an accidental mix of another product’s crunch topping into a batch of Passion Fruit Dreamsicle Ice Cream Bars during production. The topping is made of wheat and soy, as they are not mentioned on the product label of these particular bars, it pose a threat of undeclared allergens.

People with wheat or soy allergies could face severe, even life-threatening reactions if they eat the affected bars.

As a part of public service, the FDA published information about the recall on November 18, 2025, so that a maximum number of consumers could be made aware of the situation.
