Brian Soss’s Experience to Strengthen Growth
Brian Soss is a seasoned professional in the field of real estate investment and asset management. His addition to the RangeWater team adds an experience of almost two decades. After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Vermont, he went to the McDonough School of Business for an MBA.
Soss built his career around asset management and financial analysis in the real estate domain. His knowledge and experience helped him manage big portfolios and achieve results. He previously worked at Starwood Capital Group, focusing on asset and portfolio performance. He handled transactions worth $6.5 billion. He has also worked with MetLife Investment Management in a similar role.
Founded in 2006, RangeWater has experienced significant growth, developing and acquiring nearly 35,000 rental housing units. The company currently manages a portfolio of over 100,000 units across 12 states.
