Company Background
Best friends Joseph Delcalzo and Peter A Reuther opened the brewery in Little Ferry, New Jersey, back in 2015. The beers of Brix City Brewing, LLC are available at liquor stores, restaurants, and bars spread across New Jersey. Some places in New York and Pennsylvania also sell the beers.
Over the past decade, the brewery has expanded beyond beer to offer apparel, glassware, and accessories. The official website notes: ‘TAPROOM IS CLOSED while we relocate. The online shop is currently open for special limited-edition merch drops. We will make an announcement when merch drops are available.’
The Brewery Shut Its Little Ferry Location Last Year
Nearly 10 years after opening in Little Ferry, the brewery shut its doors in May 2025. Brix City Brewing said rising rent forced the closure of its 4 Alsan Way taproom in Little Ferry and to look for a new location.

The operations of Brix City Brewing continued with the support of industry partners. This allowed it to keep distributing the beers across liquor stores, restaurants, and bars.
