Day Out Snacks, a woman-owned brand known for dessert-inspired protein balls, is launching four seasonal flavors this September for a limited time.

A Fresh Take on Seasonal Snacking

The new flavors arrive just in time for fall and the holiday season, adding a festive twist to Day Out Snacks’ lineup.

The latest non-GMO and vegan offerings are Apple Cider Donut, Pecan Pie, Gingerbread, and Peppermint Bark. Each gluten-free flavor reminds Day Out buyers of a classic seasonal treat.

The limited-edition flavors were inspired by strong customer demand in social polls and surveys, PR Newswire reports. Most Day Out Snacks fans wanted flavors beyond pumpkin spice for the winter season. Peppermint Bark was the most requested item out of the four final ones.

Becky Dheri, founder and CEO of Day Out said, “Seasonal indulgence and nutrition shouldn’t be mutually exclusive. I want every new flavor to carry an emotional component, whether it’s apple picking or that once-a-year holiday recipe, so each of our seasonal offerings reflects something personal and nostalgic to me.”

Launched on September 10, the Apple Cider Donut presents a mix of spice and sweet.

Pecan Pie is an ideal dessert pick that is both nutty and gently spiced. Buyers can get this seasonal treat starting October 15.

The Gingerbread flavor blends ginger and nutmeg, capturing the warmth of freshly baked cookies. It will be out in the market for a limited period starting December 1. Bringing a mix of rich dark chocolate and cool peppermint flavor, the Peppermint Bark treat will also launch on the same date.

Each 4.5-ounce bag contains nine protein balls, three per serving, providing 9 grams of plant-based protein from Day Out’s organic blend of chickpea, pea protein, chia seeds, and sacha inchi.

The suggested retail price of the new seasonal flavors is $7.99.
