Albertsons Issued Recall of Reser’s Fine Foods Items

Three supermarket chains in Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas are voluntarily recalling select tuna salad products. Albertsons, Randalls, and Tom Thumb are recalling selected products supplied by Reser’s Fine Foods. The recall was a result of a cross-contamination with Listeria monocytogenes in breadcrumbs used in the product.

Meanwhile, healthy individuals may suffer from high fever, severe headaches, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain, and diarrhea. An FDA notice has been issued urging immediate action.
