Takis is rolling out six new rolled tortilla chip flavors starting February 9, 2026. The new releases are part of the brand’s “All Intense, Not All Spicy” campaign. New flavors include Xtreme Lime, Smokin’ BBQ, Jalapeño, Pickle Punch, Crazy Buffalo, and Hot Honey.

Takis Launches New Flavors

Takis is a popular snack brand under Barcel USA, part of Grupo Bimbo, best known for its rolled tortilla chips and bold, intense flavors. The brand offers a wide range of flavors—from tangy and savory to intensely spicy—across rolled tortilla chips, crisps, nachos, and more.

Takis expanded its lineup nationwide on February 9 with six new rolled tortilla chip flavors. The new offerings are introduced under the brand’s “All Intense, Not All Spicy” campaign.

Spanning multiple heat levels, from zero heat to hot, the expansion gives fans more options beyond traditional spicy snacks.

Sandra Kirkpatrick, Senior Director of Marketing at Takis, shared that the “All Intense, Not All Spicy” flavors highlight that intensity is not one-dimensional, according to a PR Newswire report.

She added, “From zero heat to hot, this new lineup allows us to reach more consumers and deliver craveable flavors for every taste preference—giving snackers more ways to experience Takis snacks in a way that matches their intensity.”

The launch also supports Takis’ broader initiative to remove artificial colors from its products. The company stated that the new flavors mark another step in its phased plan to eliminate artificial colors across the Takis portfolio by the end of 2026.

A Look at Takis’ Latest Flavor Additions

All six new flavors will be available in 3.25-ounce and 9.9-ounce bag sizes. The flavors, listed from hot to zero heat, include:

  • Hot Honey (Walmart exclusive): The sweet honey flavor is balanced with rising heat for a bold sweet-heat finish.
  • Jalapeño: A classic green pepper flavor with a smooth, savory heat and a hint of jalapeño. Hot, but balanced enough for everyday use.
  • Crazy Buffalo (Kroger exclusive): With a new tangy buffalo sauce flavor, creamy notes, and lingering heat inspired by classic wings.
  • Pickle Punch: This new flavor has a sharp dill pickle flavor, briny acidity, and bold tang.
  • Smokin’ BBQ: A smoky, grill-inspired barbecue flavor with savory notes and a hint of sweetness.
  • Xtreme Lime: A citrus-forward lime flavor brings no heat and features an intense tang.

By removing artificial colors and launching new flavors, Takis is focusing on ingredient transparency and strengthening consumer trust.
